Synto Labs provides AI-powered proposal generation, lead generation, and lead enrichment services for B2B agencies. Our services are designed to automate and optimize business development processes.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is required upon service delivery or according to the agreed-upon payment schedule. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in your service agreement. The Pilot program ($997) includes a full refund guarantee as specified in the program terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Synto Labs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided to Synto Labs. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Synto Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
